Founder
Emanuelle Moss is a holistic health practitioner and a vegan, medicinal chef.
She is the founder of Ready Raw, and the creator of these unique, nutritious, sprouted breads and bagels which came about as she was dissatisfied with the heavily processed, wheat, gluten, grain filled “traditional bakery” breads, unhealthy crisps and strange tasting healthier alternatives on the market - containing little fibre and beneficial nutrients, causing blood sugar spikes, bloating and inflammation associated with gluten.
Emanuelle wanted nutritionally uncompromised, nutrient-dense bread & crisps, bursting with NATURAL flavour, made from grain-free, nut-free, whole-food ingredients which promote balance in the body and that everyone can enjoy every day.
Her Journey
Emanuelle became chronically sick from an acute and debilitating digestive infection in 1993 from eating unclean, contaminated vegetables on her travels in the Middle East. She underwent several operations in an attempt for medical doctors to identify the cause of her pain and dis-ease, which resulted in the removal of her gall bladder and appendix.
However, conventional Western medicine brought no relief from her symptoms, and the cocktail of antibiotics and medications subscribed by doctors only made matters worse. She was left to deal with a challenging health condition that no medical doctors were able to figure out.
Chronic pain and a debilitating health condition led her on a new path of discovery.
Her personal healing journey marked an awakening and fuelled a passion for natural medicinal plants, green living, ancient healing traditions and Quechua shamanism deep in the Peruvian Amazon.
In 2003 she completed her studies at the Regumed Institute In Germany and qualified as a Bioresonance therapist, working with clients via kinesiology and allergy testing. With further studies in nutrition, Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) – at the Natura Foundation. She trained at Alan Baklayan’s naturopathic clinic in Munich, with Dr Jurgen Hennecke in Aachen and Hulda Clarke in Tijuana, Mexico.
