Emanuelle Moss is a Holistic Health Practitioner and Plant-Based Alchemist.
As the founder of Ready Raw, she created these unique, nutrient-rich sprouted breads and bagels out of dissatisfaction with traditional bakery options—often laden with wheat, gluten, and grains that cause blood sugar spikes, bloating, and inflammation. She was equally unimpressed with healthier alternatives on the market, which lacked flavour, fibre, and essential nutrients.
Emanuelle envisioned a new kind of bread and crisps: nutritionally uncompromised, nutrient-dense, and bursting with natural flavour. Made from grain-free, nut-free, whole-food ingredients, her products promote balance in the body and are crafted for everyone to enjoy, every day.
Her Journey
Emanuelle’s health journey began in 1993 when she fell chronically ill after consuming contaminated vegetables during her travels in the Middle East. The acute and debilitating digestive infection led to several surgeries, including the removal of her gallbladder and appendix, yet conventional Western medicine failed to alleviate her symptoms. Instead, prolonged courses of antibiotics and medications only worsened her condition, leaving her in chronic pain with no clear diagnosis or solutions from doctors.
Determined to heal herself, Emanuelle embarked on a transformative path of self-discovery. Her journey ignited a deep passion for natural medicinal plants, sustainable living, ancient healing traditions, and Quechua shamanism, which she explored in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon.
In 2003, she trained at the Regumed Institute in Germany and became a certified Bioresonance therapist, specializing in kinesiology and allergy testing. Her studies in nutrition and Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) at the Natura Foundation further deepened her understanding of the mind-body connection. She also trained at Alan Baklayan’s naturopathic clinic in Munich, with Dr. Jürgen Hennecke in Aachen, and with the renowned Hulda Clark in Tijuana, Mexico.
This profound journey not only restored Emanuelle’s health but also inspired her mission to help others discover the healing power of nature and vibrant, sustainable living.
